Those of you who paid their dues but did not include the SASE can pick up their current membership card at the Members Meeting.

Club Raffles

At the April meeting we will be raffling off a chronograph that has been donated by one of our members.  Tickets will be available for $5.00 per chance and available for purchase during the March & April Meetings.

Regular Attendance Raffles will be held as usual.

Club Apparel

Now available Club caps, shirts, and beanies. These items are available for purchases at any of the Club activities including Members Meetings, workdays, and shoots.

Elections of Officers & Directors Held on 1-29-23

The Officers for 2023 will be the same as 2022 as all ran unopposed. President & Chair of the Board Bob Smith. Vice President Guy Kroll. Treasurer Alan Mellner. Secretary Denise Smith.
Directors, we had 4 openings to fill with 6 Applicants on the Ballot; 3 Directors Vince Aleo, Carmen Fusco & Denise Smith running for re-election & 3 Members from the body Michael Morreale, Ryan Murphy & Ronald Ostrowski. Congratulations to Carmen & Denise as they were re-elected to another term & to Michael & Ryan first time Directors.

Congratulations to Scott Walburn! We had 19 Members sign up for the Buck Pool & 5 of them successfully bagged a buck & summited their picture. Scott’s picture was selected at random & he won the Buck Pool valued at $245.

Deadline 1-31-23

Pay in person at the Members Meeting on 1-30-23 or send payment via USPS postmarked no later than 1-31-23.

Deadline for Annual Dues payment and Life Member Check-in for 2023 is January 31, 2023. Regular Members send your dues payment of $75.00 or Senior Members send your dues payment $15.00 along with a SASE for ID Card return or Life Members send check-in information including your Club ID # to Harveys Lake Rod and Gun Club, P.O. Box 1707, Shavertown, PA 18708. Life members may also check-in by sending an email to clubinfo@hlragc.org and you will receive a return email acknowledging your check-in. If you do not receive an email confirmation, either re-send your check-in email or call the Club Secretary Denise at 570-283-5428. If you are paying dues at a meeting bring a SASE to receive your updated ID Card in the mail or your ID card will be ready for pickup at the next scheduled meeting.
