Members Meeting/Holiday Buffet Monday 12-15-25
Reminder this month’s Members Meeting is earlier this month. Monday 12-15-25 starting at 7 pm.
Stuff Going On:
The business portion of the Meeting will be very, very short because the Kitchen will be offering our annual Members holiday meal “Blessings Bountiful Buffet” which is made up of too many items to list. Lets just say dont eat before coming to the Meeting!
Annual Dues payments and Life Member Check-ins for 2026 are being accepted from now until the last day of January 2026. If you are paying dues at the Meeting, bring a SASE to receive your updated ID Card in the mail or your ID card will be ready for pickup at the next scheduled meeting.
If you ordered Club Apparel it will be available for pickup at the Meeting.
Membership Dues & Life Member Check-in
Annual Dues payment and Life Member Check-in for 2026 are being accepted from November 1st until the last day of January 2026. Regular Members send your dues payment of $100.00 or Senior Members send your dues payment of $30.00 along with a SASE for ID Card return or Life Members send check-in information including your Club ID #, current address, & phone number to Harveys Lake Rod and Gun Club, P.O. Box 1707, Shavertown, PA 18708. Life members may also check-in by sending an email to clubinfo@hlragc.org and you will receive a return email acknowledging your check-in. If you do not receive an email confirmation, either re-send your check-in email or call the Club Secretary Denise at 570-283-5428. If you are paying dues at a meeting bring a SASE to receive your updated ID Card in the mail or your ID card will be ready for pickup at the next scheduled meeting.

Club Apparel Order Now
Club Apparel available to order now through 11-26-25. We have setup a webstore through AxelRad Screen Printing in Wilkes-Barre. You can order the following short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts or hoodies in black or royal blue. These items have our logo on the front & a familiar design on the back. Caps are also available in black/white or royal/white. The logo on the cap will be embroidered. When you place your order, you will have the option of having it shipped directly to you for a shipping fee or you can pick up your order at the December 15th Members Meeting. Pick up is not available at AxelRad.
