Club Officers & Directors
Applications Now Open
We are now accepting applications for Club Officers and Directors. Any Member in good standing may apply for an Officer or Director position.
Elections are held annually at the January Directors Meeting. Applications are accepted each year from September 1 through December 1.
All applicants are invited to attend the January Directors Meeting and speak on their own behalf, explaining why they wish to serve as an Officer or Director and how they can help move the Club forward.
Club Officers
The Club has 5 Officers:
- Chair of the Board
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Officers serve one-year terms, from January through December.
Club Directors
The Club has 15 Directors who serve five-year terms. Each Director’s term expires in December of their fifth year of service. The number of Director positions available for election varies each year based on expiring terms.
How to Apply
Applications are available on our website at hlragc.org under the Member Information tab or may be picked up at any Members Meeting.
All applications must be submitted by December 1. Completed applications may be submitted in one of the following ways:
- In person: Submit to the Secretary.
- By mail: Harveys Lake Rod & Gun Club, P.O. Box 64, Dallas, PA 18612.
